COORDINATOR (Cooperation Specialist)

The company is part of international holding structure and it’s portfolio are tactical vests, accessories and uniforms.

Location: Pleven

The coordinator(cooperation specialist) support employees in the Cooperation in the correct implementation of the cooperation process with subcontractors in the field of sewing, cutting, laser cutting and other services related to the execution of Customer purchase orders, from external business partners. The coordinator creates, develops and sustains portfolio of subcontractors with whom the company collaborates for its products.

Key tasks:

• Supporting associates in the process of outsourcing production services in accordance with the cooperation process management procedure
• Maintaining databases on the knowledge of business partners and the cooperation process
• Production scheduling and process reporting
• Monitoring and reporting on the inventory of business partners, participation in inventories
• Creation, proper distribution and storage of documents related to the implementation of the cooperation process
• Active participation in projects
• Reporting on the implementation of tasks

Requirements:

• University degree in economics or technology, administration
• Experience in textile production
• Category B driving licence
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience with ERP system
